A Murder Party (2016)
They're all a bit odd.
Set in Victorian-era England, A Murder Party follows young, wealthy bachelor Mickey Davenport and his friends over the course of a single weekend as they scramble to set things right after an unfortunate accident leaves the Davenport’s longtime family servant dead.
A Murder Party was based on a script originally written when Angeline Walsh was 17-years old, created as a satire of Victorian murder mysteries and with the intention of being as ridiculous as possible. It was filmed between the months of July and September 2016 in Northeast Ohio, and was the start of the collaboration between Walsh and Cedric Gegel, whose role in A Murder Party was the launching point for the original series The Coroner's Assistant.
