Century Spectacle is an absolute blast. I love the
imagination that went into creating this film. With
gun-toting gangsters, a plot with twists and turns, humor,
talented actors and actresses, old-time costumes and swing
music, this black-and-white, silent film is thoroughly
enjoyable. Screenwriter, director, and cinematographer
Walsh’s talent can’t be ignored. I can’t wait to see what
she creates next.”
“Angeline’s striking debut reclaims an oft lost art…that of
the silent movie. In doing so she not only brings the
frantic excitement and smoky romance that comes with the
package, but, refreshingly, also a sense of fun. This joy
ride packs a punch! Cue the jangly piano.”
