List of Characters
Jane McCarthley is the main character
in Just Jane and is quite the drama queen. She likes to
drag her friends into sticky situations, complain about her
dramatic life, and act like she's better than everyone else.
Liberty McCarthley is Jane's little
sister, often the target of Jane's plots and schemes. She
is sweet and friendly, and Jane despises it.
Rose Gardens is Liberty's best friend,
a girl who moved from England, where her parents owned a chain
of dance studios and stores.
Clarion is one of Jane's best friends.
She's logical and practical, yet always follows along with
Jane's ideas.
Beverly is Jane's other best friend.
She's not the brightest crayon in the box.

Dylan Cole is Jane's crush.
Waitress Jean is the crazy waitress
and head manager of the popular restaurant, Chadwick's.
Lane is Jane's cousin and archenemy.

JANE'S GREAT IDEA
Jane hatches a "brilliant" plan: she wants to
become famous. And an easy way to do that? Post an internet video.
She, Beverly, and Clarion plan on "surprise attacking" Liberty &
Rose with the camera to catch some embarassing footage, but the plan
backfires. Not to worry, Jane gets what she wants. Maybe not the way
she expects it, though.

BLIND LOVE
Jane's got a date with her crush, Dylan Cole -
but the night might not turn out the way she wants it to when her
last pair of contacts are lost and she refuses to wear her "dorky"
glasses.

A STICKY SITUATION
Jane's cousin (and rival), Lane, is coming to
visit for a night. When Jane catches Lane attempting to steal
something, she pushes Lane, who ends up breaking her leg. Jane, who
is more frustrated than ever, wants to make Lane miserable - and
things will get a little sticky...
